Refunds & Returns
When it comes to Vintage… please be mindful that items are vintage for a reason!
Each piece will have been on a journey and therefore very rarely in brand new condition! I actually think the odd bit of wear and tear adds a little character, however when picking items I do specifically look for items that are in the best possible condition. In certain cases I will upcycle pieces if I think needed or add something extra to make it even more unique. Any alterations, imperfections will be pointed out in the items description.
In terms of sizing I will give as much information as possible as Vintage items are not always true modern day sizing. If when you receive your item you are not entirely satisfied then please email me within 7 days and I will give you details on how and where to send the item back. The items must be packaged in its original format when being returned. In order for the item to be eligible for a refund it must be:
- returned in the same condition you received it in
- must be unworn
- returned with tags
- not a sale item.
Once I have received the item I will inspect it and notify you straight away followed by a refund. Unfortunately I will not refund the cost of the postage (original delivery & return delivery) purely just the purchase price of the item. I would recommend you track any returned items as I will not be responsible for any lost items.
